Unfortunately, due to apparel and accessory orders being fulfilled through a third-party service we do not accept returns or accept exchanges. We advise all customers to view the sizing charts listed on all product pages in order to ensure that your item will work for you. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions.
The Boutique Academy™ apparel and accessories are produced through Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.
We would never want you to be stuck with a damaged item. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Then we will work alongside Printful to fix the issue.
Due to the nature of the item, all digital products are non-refundable.
